to make a meaningful impact
on your society or community
you just cannot make by yourself.

Participation in the Great Southern Accord requires your realisation and agreement it’s ultimately up to patriotic Australians themselves to get off their butts to shape the values that define our nation and communities.

Your personal responsibility is simply to be pro-active in creating the quality of society you want to live in with your family and collectively with others.

It requires a realisation, that, if you don’t do it who will?

It requires a realisation the ‘electing’ representatives, (‘leaving it to others’, ‘delegating’), has failed miserably and resulted in a country where you and your views not only mean nothing but are considered as civil disobedience by a system that requires total control for it to function.

It requires a realisation, the definition of insanity is to do nothing and think things will magically ‘change for the better’ all by themselves – or that things will simply ‘get better one day’ all by themselves with no participation on your part required.

It requires a realisation that traditional Australian diversity, courage, sense of fairness and generosity have deliberately been removed from society because they are among our strengths and therefore a threat to the parasites that want to destroy our lives.

It requires a realisation that unity is recoverable if enough people combine their resources to form a cohesive front against the parasites that control us as individuals and collectively with their never ending rules, regulations and penalties for what they consider non-conformity or dissent.

It requires a realisation it’s long past time to reinstate that ideology.

Because without it, Australia, you – and everything you think will be your future for your and your family is an illusion, likely doomed.

The parasites that are responsible for the demise of your society are in place and they’re not going to be removed easily – and, as an individual, you don’t have the resources to make any meaningful difference against such a long-entrenched tyranny, it’s just not possible.

But it also requires a faith that, collectively, you CAN help make a positive difference – if you join with others.

And you will also know others, like you, who you can recruit to join with us all in the Great Southern Accord to achieve your goals and theirs.

to collect taxes they don’t even need.

They control all money and
just manufacture it as they require.

My name is Nicola Charles.

It is Monday, the eleventh of November, twenty twenty-four.

It’s remembrance day, and, uh, lest we forget those who have fallen to protect our freedoms, now under global attack.

“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.

Now, I did promise that I would share my Bendigo speech that occurred yesterday, the tenth of November, in Bendigo, in Victoria.

We didn’t manage to organize, uh, um, recording equipment [chuckles] very well.

Uh, I didn’t have my media team with me that day, and as you all know, I am something of a neophyte when it comes to technology.

So I thought I would just read my speech to you that I gave to the people of Bendigo, yesterday as many people who couldn’t attend have said that they’d like to hear it.

Thank you for inviting me to your beautiful city of bendigo.

I’ve spent a fabulous morning admiring your architecture.

I first came to Australia in the early nineties.

I was in my early twenties, and like a lot of people, Australia spoke to me spiritually.

I decided then and there that if i could, i would one day raise my children here.

I admired the people of Australia, those who had chosen to live here among the spiders and the snakes.

Because Australians could leave and go and live somewhere else, just as people like myself choose to come and live in Australia, but most don’t, and there’s a reason for that.

Australia was a lot warmer and sunnier then, in the early nineties, and it felt like nowhere else on earth.

And I remember being advised by an Australian friend:

“Be careful in Australia.”

“This place isn’t like England.”

“The politicians are corrupt.”

“The police are corrupt”

“This place is the wild west.”

We’d read in the UK about senior British police officers who were being sent to Australia to clean up Australia’s corrupt policing, so i knew that his advice wasn’t empty.

How ironic it would be for a British woman to attempt to clean up Australian politics.

All the same, the politicians here still surprised me.

I wondered why anyone who enjoyed such a pivotal role in Australian democracy, earning a great living and living in this beautiful, sunny place, could ever be tempted to be corrupt and betray the people.

How very naive I was.

I have a very unique perspective on Australia.

There’s a date that I arrived, like all immigrants.

For me, that date is in the early nineties.

It gives me an overview of how much Australia has changed in the last thirty years in particular.

If you grew up here, the changes were possibly so gradual, most wouldn’t notice them, and that’s likely the case for the majority of Australians.

Your politicians relied on that.

But i see Australia in the early nineties and now on a graph, and that graph, when displaying public happiness, freedom, financial success, health, and trust in politics, heading in only one direction: down.

On the political side, without being too inflammatory, however bad you think it is in Australia, it is much, much worse.

Many of you heard Donald Trump use the term, “drain the swamp.”

Well, following my research and investigations, in Australia, it is a deep, dark, and very old sewer.

So many previously trusted and respected politicians have betrayed the people of this country, those who paid their wages with taxation and are still paying their pensions, and that makes me very upset for Australians.

One does not pay to be double-crossed.

We’ve all met and known liars.

Some of us were unfortunate enough to once be married to them.

It’s not a good feeling to know that everything that ever came out of their mouths was a lie.

But until the reality of that is accepted, nothing gets better.

It’s the same with politics.

I know we all want to believe that there are good politicians and bad ones, but as i’ve delved deeper into the issues surrounding how things have gone so badly wrong in Australian politics, I struggle to see good public servants anywhere.

I will try and explain it to you in the simplest terms possible.

I want you to imagine two sports fields next to each other, separated by only a short wire fence.

On one field are Australians happily playing soccer by soccer’s rules.

No touching that ball with your hands.

This game is called the commonwealth of Australia.

Just over the fence line in the adjacent field are your politicians, all happily playing rugby by rugby’s rules.

This game is called the body corporate government.

For a long time, as a member of the great Australian party, and someone who hopes to run for the Australian federal senate for Victoria, i have researched and spoken about my outrage that Australia has been running counter to her constitution at least since nineteen seventy-three.

I won’t school a room of people who likely know about the royal styles and titles act of nineteen seventy-three, the Queen of Australia corporation masquerading as the commonwealth, how your politicians swore their oaths to this corporation and not to you, the people of the commonwealth, and that their Australia act of nineteen eighty-six is unlawful, as there was no public referendum.

That is all still valid and stands.

However, I reached an interesting intersection while we and our barristers were busy serving the house of commons in the UK with paperwork regarding all this.

We’re seeking something called a mandamus writ, a mandate to fire all politicians in Australia for malfeasance in public office and start again, this time with a real commonwealth government.

I’ve realized that there are two Australias, two different games being played on those sports fields at the same time, but with vastly different rules.

We are at the fence line screaming about the constitution, our rights, democracy, the rule of law, and the commonwealth.

They are our rules, and we want the politicians to play by them, but they cannot, because they’re not playing on the soccer field by soccer rules.

They’re all playing rugby.

So why are we screaming at them about soccer rules?

None of our politicians are playing soccer.

None of your politicians are sworn in to serve you, the common people, the people of the commonwealth.

They’re playing rugby, and their oaths are to the body corporate, the corporation of Australia.

Why is that difference important?

Well, because it has engineered a deliberate and cavernous gulf between you, the people, and those you believe are paid to serve you.

They are not.

When Anthony Albanese or Jacinta Allen or Dan Andrews stand before you in an authoritative manner and demand power and jurisdiction over you, they don’t have it.

They don’t have it.

They’ve never had it, and they chose not to have it.

This is why when people cry treason, they will never find that kind of justice.

Treason can only be committed if sworn in to serve the people, and it is likely that is why they never did.

This means they’re lying to you when they masquerade authority over you, because they serve only one master, the Australian government corporation.

It’s basically like all of them working for microsoft, and let’s face it, in some cases, they likely are, as microsoft is behind digital currency in Australia.

Bill gates is planning on making money from every single individual transaction Australians ever make, and the CEO of Microsoft begins telling Australians what to do.

[Chuckles] that’s confusing, isn’t it?

Because the CEO of Microsoft is trying to tell Australians what to do.

When you go to work every day for a company, you become loyal to that company, the company that drops money into your account once a month.

Correct?

When i worked in television, i was working first for Grundy tv and then Fremantle media.

Grundy TV would tell us, “when interviewed, you must always say, we are one big, happy family on neighbors.”

Were we?

Nope.

But we said it because the company told us to.

When was the last time you heard something come out of Anthony Albanese’s mouth that made sense for Australians?

When was the last time you heard something come out of Anthony Albanese’s mouth that made sense for Microsoft, or Blackrock, or the globalists, or for corporate government profits?

Now you’re talking.

You see, as the CEO of  Gov Corp, Anthony Albanese is actually doing an okay job.

He’s destroying farmland by turning it all into energy factories called solar and wind farms.

Clever, clever deception.

Farms produce food, factories produce energy, so solar and wind factories are on arable land.

They don’t need to be on arable land, but there they are.

He’s overseeing the purchase of billions of dollars of ballistic missiles that we all hope nobody will ever use, likely to help his friends who are invested in the industrial military complex.

He’s also trying to usher in digital id, digital currency, and the surveillance state to help his friend, bill gates, gain unelected power over you and make trillions in carbon fines and green energy taxation.

Does that sound like Anthony Albanese is working for you or for Microsoft?

All without public consultation, all without a referendum.

Anthony Albanese, as the CEO of the corporation, knows that that leaves Australia with no actual commonwealth government, and so is happy to cede power to Brussels and a one world government, because that’s easier for them.

They’re just here to make money, and the one world government would help them do just that.

The problem being, they are still taking your money as public servants, but serving the public, they are not.

And they’ll make you swallow the entire bucket of lies using the old catholic lever of guilt and shame, because how could you not want to save the planet?

How could you not want to prepare for more pandemics, you selfish asshole?

But who is really the selfish asshole?

Who is really damaging the environment?

If this all sounds impossible and couldn’t possibly be true, then look no further than your fraudulently named justice system.

Your common law courts are closed.

Your commonwealth parliament is closed.

I’m not sure how many more enormous signals Australians need.

This has been republicanism by stealth at best, something that is championed even by the likes of senator Malcolm Roberts, who once said on a live broadcast of the Australia act, “We’re so lucky in Australia because we’re governed by the only constitution that was voted on by the people.”

Um, no, we’re not, and no, they didn’t.

Just a rudimentary check of Australian referendums would have put that lie to bed for Malcolm, a sitting senator, yet he lied.

Why?

Because he works for Grundy TV.

Sorry, he works for the body corporate government.

And as for the republicanism by stealth, Australians did vote in a referendum for a republic in nineteen ninety-nine and resoundingly said no.

That result, very much like the result to the voice to parliament referendum, is being ignored.

They tell you that they know how to save the planet from the death of the sun.

That May happen in ten thousand years, it may happen in fifty thousand years, it may happen in a million years’ time, and these are the very same people who cannot get the ten-day forecast right.

And what of your justice system?

How does that work exactly if the common law courts are closed?

Well, that’s easy.

The courts are now also playing by rugby rules.

They are maritime and corporate courts.

Often, civilians stand before them and state things like, “i’m conditionally appearing here, your honor, subject to jurisdiction, as i am clearly not dead, not at sea, and not a corporation.”

Some bravely cite the commonwealth constitution nineteen hundred uk, and are swiftly told they’re in contempt of court.

But why?

Well, because they are not in commonwealth courts.

Why does this matter?

In a common law court, a person needs to be found guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

In a maritime or corporate court, a judge only has to believe you are, hmm, Maybe fifty-one percent guilty to pass a guilty judgment.

Wow!

Those rugby rules really are vastly different, aren’t they?

There are literally criminals sitting in jails in Australia right now who’ve committed less crimes than your politicians.

It’s a sobering thought.

Australia is rudderless.

It is entirely out of jurisdiction with regard to governing its peoples, and more importantly, it is unfair.

In the governance performance and accountability act of twenty thirteen, it displays perfectly the problem we’re facing.

It states clearly and lawfully that there are two types of commonwealth government: a, the commonwealth government that is not a body corporate, and b, the commonwealth government that is a body corporate.

Firstly, and importantly, do you have an a?

No, you don’t.

You do not have a non-corporate Commonwealth government.

That ended when they closed your parliament house in Canberra.

There is no new parliament house.

There is only a un building called Australian government house.

The rugby players call this your parliament, but it is not.

It is the head offices of the corporation, and those inside are expected to tow the corporation line, and sadly, this is exactly what they do, all of them.

Remember, they are not traitors, because they didn’t swear an oath to serve you.

Now, in a very small font, underneath the governance performance and accountability act of twenty thirteen, is a very interesting note.

The note states: the body corporate Australian government is legally separate from the commonwealth.

I’ll say that again.

Who and what is the commonwealth?

It’s you.

So this corporate government is legally separate from you.

Frankly, they are nothing to do with you.

Why do you think they put that note in there?

It is so that the commonwealth, the uk house of commons and monarchy, can absolve themselves of any responsibility for what the Australian corporate government does.

Again, the king, the commons in the uk, the commonwealth, is not, was not, and can never be held responsible for the harms done to you during their man-made corporate pandemic, because they are legally separate.

Again, this is covert.

This is deceptive.

It is important to note that foreign interference in Australian democracy is still a crime.

Under the criminal code act, foreign interference must be linked to a foreign government or its proxy, also known as a foreign actor.

The foreign actor must provably be covert or deceptive, threatening harm, and making demands with menace to a person or persons.

I have a vision of a very sad little man, probably bill gates, sitting there with his ai system and asking it how they could circumvent those pesky human rights and constitutions.

An ai likely informed them that only via emergency legislations for a biosecurity threat could these ever be circumvented.

This was a gift to them, because when you own and store every lethal pathogen known to humankind, you could potentially engineer that threat.

Though far be it from me to suggest that, my goodness, that would be terrorism!

It’s remembrance day tomorrow, and we have to ask ourselves, is this what our ancestors died for?

Often during speeches, i’ve spoken alongside former federal senator for western Australia, rod culleton, and former federal senator for queensland, len harris.

Senator culleton came to my attention when he highlighted the land titles issue being faced by farmers in western Australia.

I interviewed him about this on this podcast.

Senator harris then put together an astonishing powerpoint during his speeches, which described perfectly how the labor government have had every single Australian’s parchment paper title deed to their home or land, rich or poor, farm or townhouse, stamped destroyed, and have reallocated those home and landowners with a digital lot number.

People still contact me today and say, “no, it’s okay, mine is in the safe,” or, “I’m good, mine is with the bank or my solicitor.”

Yes, the Labor government instructed all banks and solicitors to stamp those title deeds destroyed, and they complied.

Because, well, it is the Government, but it’s much deeper than that.

The banks know the game that has that– thus far been deceptively hidden.

If you don’t believe me, simply ask them.

At gap, we believe this is larceny, theft, the destruction of private property, which is unlawful.

But again, who among the maritime and corporate courts is going to uphold that?

They’re not in the business of human rights.

They’re in the business of commercial gain.

But why?

What caused this?

The answer is truly shocking, and you’re going to want to make notes and do your own research.

In nineteen seventy-three, and remember how important the year nineteen seventy-three was for Australians, the UCC, the uniform commercial code, began changing.

They mobilized against their stated paper crisis as they saw it, and they called their remedy dematerialization.

The central security depository was formed online and called the csd.

At the time, tradable financial instruments were categorized as private property, also called securities, because, well, they make you feel secure.

This, however, is no longer the case.

I will give you a simple example.

Imagine you purchased a car from a dealer for cash.

You now believe you own that car as it is unencumbered by debt.

You don’t, not since nineteen seventy-three.

Because since that date, the auto dealer has been allowed, under a new legal concept, to still consider that car his asset, and that dealer was then allowed to borrow money for his own purposes using the sold car as his asset.

That, i believe, was the first crime.

Now, your auto dealer goes bankrupt.

Understand, this is also why they seek to bankrupt everybody.

It helps send the money up the chain.

Your car that you bought for cash can now be seized by certain secured creditors.

The UCC, having built over decades-.

That they have legal certainty and absolute power to take your car in the event of the bankruptcy of the dealer.

This is the horror and simplicity of the lie, and sadly, this is not just in relation to cars.

Since twenty fourteen, when the final legal amendments were established by the ucc, someone else has secretly owned all of your assets as collateral.

You already own nothing.

Are you happy?

Does anyone ever ask when buying a home, “is this property held as collateral by any secured creditor?”

No.

No, we don’t.

Because the sellers of your homes, your pension funds, your cars, your stocks and shares, all secretly gave those assets as collateral.

More importantly, they were allowed to do that by the commercial framework now governing this country and all of our nations.

I realize this doesn’t seem possible, but this is the ugly truth your corporate politicians have deliberately and deceptively hidden from you.

This is why your commonwealth has been circumvented.

This is why they seek to dissolve it.

This is why they engineered a pandemic, and this is why, in my belief, they spent billions of dollars on quarantine centers that were laid empty.

I believe there is a very strong chance that these are actually new jails for those who cannot cope when they find out the truth.

This is what they’ve done, legally, with all tradable financial instruments, with all private property.

Frontman klaus schwab’s promise of, “you will own nothing and be happy,” isn’t a threat, it has already happened.

It was a surprise attack, and your corporate governments are complying with any request made by their own secured creditors so that they can retain power.

Homes, cars, stocks, pension plans are now all indep– underpinning the derivatives complex.

The same underlying capital has been used over and over and over again by a series of creditors.

The theory is now that there is not enough of anything to go around, and that there is.

And that this is why they speak of the planet’s resources.

Come on, it’s the world economic forum.

Did you really think they were talking about anything other than financial resources?

The creditors, now a hungry gang of bankers, are demanding access to client assets.

Those in the know, who have kept their mouths tightly closed, call it the implosion of the everything bubble.

Not a reset, not to save the planet, not to protect you from covid, but all of our assets being swept up.

No judicial review is required or can even be sought, because over decades, court documents have already established certainty for what the courts themselves now refer to as the protected class.

The wealthy, basically.

Even sophisticated investors who were assured that their securities would be protected have found out that they are not.

Decades of complicated lawmaking have been used to subvert your private property rights, and it’s all been underway in secret.

It’s the reason that all of our governments headed headlong into public-private partnerships since the nineteen nineties, and appeared to be selling off public assets.

But strangely, no one in the public benefited financially from the selling off of those assets.

Was this because these public assets were actually seized by secured creditors for government debt?

And remember, those politicians playing rugby and not commonwealth soccer, it is likely that the sponsorship on their shirts read world bank.

Now, interestingly, in labor’s misinformation and disinformation bill, it expressly states that there can be no speech that could cause a loss in confidence in the Australian housing market.

Is this why?

At the great Australian party, we are also seeking the reinstatement of commonwealth passports.

Currently, Australians have Australian government corporate passports, and we believe you should be reinstated with commonwealth passports and the protections that those bring.

Is all of this the reason why Australia was derailed from its commonwealth constitution nineteen hundred UK, so that the events of the last four years could happen?

At gap, we think that’s probably the case, and we are seeking the restoration of the commonwealth so that Australia can get firmly back on the guide rails of her constitution.

This morning, i watched an incredible speech by the president of Argentina.

The speech appeared to allude to the fact that the new world order is dead.

As a candidate with the great Australian party, i agree with this notion.

I believe net zero policies are merely a lever to ensure that all of our nations become debtors to this protected class for this generation and the next.

This would be a crime against innocent peoples.

It is a departure from all the principles initially stated as goals by the united nations.

It appears the united nations has been captured by dangerous ideologies designed to fund the greed of the already mega-rich, protected class.

We must continue to oppose this immense greed.

Cultures in ireland, Australia, Canada, Germany, new zealand, and beyond are all under active attack by those who claim to protect heritage and indigenous peoples.

Our very nations are being lost before our very eyes, all for profit.
